Aliyah facilitated an online 2 hour for over 40 participants. My brief to Aliyah was very loose and she needed very little guidance and did an amazing job. Aliyah has a warm and inviting style which helped to warm up the space and ensure it was conducive to dialogue and sharing. She was brilliant at balancing hosting, holding space for others, reflecting back on thoughts and feelings put out, while adding her own reflections back. Aliyah knew exactly when to bring in prompts and structure vs. when to allow it to be participant-led and free flow. I would definitely recommend Aliyah and can't wait to work with her again!
